The FCC letter, shown below ignores my request to acknowledge that a phone number in a document is mine.

The FCC letter confirms that a law designed to provide pro-competitive protections to resellers of phone service, does not apply to consumers. In other words, the law is designed to prevent unfair treatment to resellers of phone service, but it does nothing to protect consumers from unfair treatment (see: Telecommunications Consumers' Bill of Rights) :
