History of 50 cable pairs

heading

last updated 02/04/2014

The Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009, combined with other documents I have obtained ( MLT document dated August 31, 2001, Log of Defective Cable Pairs, etc) provides a history of the cable pairs, and proof of frauds committed by AT&T that can only be corroborated by law enforcement.

The number of non-defective defective cable pairs do not match the Testimony of AT&T. According to the Testimony, there were 35 non-defective cable pairs. Direct Testimony of Bob Alex on Behalf of Pacific Bell Telephone Company

1101. Not shown on MLT document dated August 31, 2001. Was probably a spare pair in 2001. Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009 shows 1101 now used to provide service to 4793 Woodthrush Ct, phone 462-1939. This is a POTS (Plane Old Telephone Service) line. In MLT document dated August 31, 2001, 462-1939 probably received service from cable pair 1128 or 1148, which are now on the Log of Defective Cable Pairs. There should be a work order showing this change.

1102. Defective. Not shown on the MLT document dated August 31, 2001, or the Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009. Probably on the Log of Defective Cable Pairs in 2001.

1103. Now defective. Photograph of MLT document shows it provided service to my business phone number 846-3642, and according to MLT document dated August 31, 2001, it had a trouble code "98" indicating multiple problems. Was again found to be defective in 2005, and according to the technician, he replaced it with cable pair 1118, which he said was "designated" for my premises. He told me he removed all multiples to provide better service. Later, cable pair 1118 was again found to be defective. Document dated July 9, 2007 shows that cable pair 1103 was again providing service to my business phone number, and was found to have static. Cable pair 1103 is not listed on Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009 -- it is now listed as Defective. According to AT&T's response to an informal complaint through the CPUC (and AT&T's refusal to credit my account for service problems), there are no records of any service problems on my business phone lines after 2003, providing evidence it may have been on the Log of Defective Cable Pairs that I photographed in 2001.

1104. MLT document dated August 31, 2001 shows it was PORTED-OUT. Photograph shows it provided service to 462-9409 at 4769 Woodthrush Ct. Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009 shows it provides service to 462-9409, although now it is provided by AT&T, and provides ADSL service. In April 2009, this cable pair was reported to be defective by the resident (a hearing impaired person who needs ADSL) and it took a couple of weeks to get a cable splicing technician to repair the line. The line was repaired on April 20, 2009 -- there should be a work order for this. A few weeks later, AT&T was at the house again, presumably, the problems continued. On September 23, 2010, I noticed an AT&T technician at 4769, presumably doing repair work.

1105. Defective. Not shown on the MLT document dated August 31, 2001, or the Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009. Probably on the Log of Defective Cable Pairs in 2001.

1106. Defective. Not shown on the MLT document dated August 31, 2001, or the Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009. Probably on the Log of Defective Cable Pairs in 2001.

1107. Now defective. Photograph shows it provided service to 484-1430 at 4793 Woodthrush Ct. Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009, shows 484-1430 now receives service through cable pair 1127. There should be a work order for the switch to cable pair 1127.

1108. Defective. Not shown on the MLT document dated August 31, 2001, or the Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009. Probably on the Log of Defective Cable Pairs in 2001.

1109. Defective. Not shown on the MLT document dated August 31, 2001, or the Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009. Probably on the Log of Defective Cable Pairs in 2001.

1110. MLT document dated August 31, 2001, and shows it was PORTED-OUT. Photograph shows it provided service to 417-1385 -- address unknown. Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009, shows it is assigned to 4829 Woodthrush Rd, which presently receives service through Comcast.

1111. Not shown on MLT document dated August 31, 2001. Probably was a spare pair -- possibly now defective, because according to the Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009, cable pair 1111 is a spare pair assigned to 4727 Woodthrush Ct, which has cable pair 1132 as the assigned pair (4727 Woodthrush Ct. receives service through Comcast). Cable pair 1132 was on the log of defective cable pairs in 2001, and it provided service to 846-7041 at 4713 Woodthrush Ct in 2001. Cable pair 1132 was subsequently found to be defective while providing service to 4713 Woodthrush Ct, and cable pair 1113 now provides service to to 846-7041 (ADSL).

1112. Defective. Not shown on the MLT document dated August 31, 2001, or the Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009. Probably on the Log of Defective Cable Pairs in 2001.

1113. Not shown on MLT document dated August 31, 2001. Probably was a spair pair in 2001. Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009 shows it provides service to 846-7041 (ADSL) at 4713 Woodthrush Ct, after cable pair 1132 was found to be defective.

1114. Defective. Was on Log of Defective Cable Pairs in 2001, with a defect typ of OPN at 4777 Woodthrush Ct, dated 0?-16-99. Not listed on Justin Godsey Document dated March 16, 2009.

1115. Now defective. Was not listed on the MLT document dated August 31, 2001. Was not on the Log of Defective Cable Pairs in 2001. Not shown on the Justin Godsey document dated dated March 16, 2009. There should be a a work order showing the date it was found to be defective.

1116. MLT document dated August 31, 2001 combined with Photograph shows it provided service to 462-2070, address presently unknown, and that it was receiving service through Comcast. Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009 shows cable pair 1116 now listed as primary cable pair for my residence -- possibly replaced cable pair 1103 in July 2007 (which is now defective). All of my service (business and residential) is now through Comcast.

1117. Was not listed on the MLT document dated August 31, 2001. Was not on the Log of Defective Cable Pairs in 2001. Probably a spare in 2001. According to Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009, 1117 now provides service to 462-6097 at 4793 Woodthrush Ct. This cable pair possibly replaced cable pair 1148 when it was found to be defective. There should be a work order showing the date cable pair 1148 was found to be defective.

1118. Cable pair 1118 was on the log of defective cable pairs, and it provided service to me. It was never repaired, and provides proof that AT&T violated public utility laws since 1996. See: Cable Pair 1118: History of Failures, and no history of Repair. AT&T committed perjury to claim the phone number wasn't mine. See The Fictional Phone Number, and a blatant act of Perjury .

1119. Was not listed on the MLT document dated August 31, 2001. Was not on the Log of Defective Cable Pairs in 2001. Probably a spare in 2001. According to Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009 1119 provides service to 600-8558 (ADSL) at 4738 Woodthrush Ct. On March 10, 2010, AT&T was at this address for several hours, performing some kind of repair work. On 09/19/2011, AT&T was at this house. On 09/20/2011, AT&T was again at this house. This neighbor had told me she was stuck in an AT&T contract, and couldn't get out of it, as she would prefer a different provider.

1120. Was not listed on the MLT document dated August 31, 2001. Was not on the Log of Defective Cable Pairs in 2001. Probably a spare in 2001. According to Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009 1120 was listed as a spare at 4777 Woodthrush Ct, although cable splicing technician had a difficult time finding a good cable pair to houses in that area on April 20, 2009.

1121. MLT document dated August 31, 2001, shows it provided service to 846-7499 at 4811 Woodthrush Rd. This address was not shown on the Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009. The phone service to 4811 Woodthrush Rd. was lost on Tuesday, April 7, 2009, and according to the residents at 4811 Woodthrush Rd, AT&T told them the problem was on Mohr Ave, and they would not be able to repair the line until Saturday, April 11, 2009.

1122. MLT document dated August 31, 2001, shows it tested OK, and provided service to a phone number with the last four digits of "2278." Probably provided service to 4755 Woodthrush Ct. Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009 shows cable pair 1122 now provides service to 249-1352 (POTS) at 4755 Woodthrush Ct.

On Feb 25, 2010, AT&T was working on restoring service to this house. Two AT&T trucks showed up to repair this problem. The truck shown below was used by the technician (Mr. Brooks) who told me that he was told not to tell me anything. While Mr. Brooks was repairing the service to 4755 Woodthrush Ct, the resident from 4769 Woodthrush Ct talked to the technician about ongoing DSL problems at her address. The technician worked late into the evening to repair the facilities.

My nextdoor neighbor at 4755 Woodthrush Court had constant static problems on his AT&T phone lines, but didn't want to switch to Comcast, because he didn't want to rely on one company for his internet, TV, and phone service. After numerous complaints to AT&T about static on his one and only AT&T POTS phone line, he told me he switched his phone service to Comcast, as he felt the bad service could be a safety issue, should an emergency call need to be made or received.

1123. Defective. On the Log of Defective Cable Pairs with a defect type of CBY at 4490 Mohr Ave, on June 3, 1992. Not listed on Justin Godsey Document dated March 16, 2009, confirming it is still defective.

1124. Defective. On the Log of Defective Cable Pairs with a defect type of CBY at 4490 Mohr Ave, on June 3, 1992. Not listed on Justin Godsey Document dated March 16, 2009, confirming it is still defective.

1125. MLT document dated August 31, 2001, shows that cable pair 1125 had a "cross to working pair" with a very hard battery Ring-to-Ground of 25 volts (this indicates a direct short), and a very light battery Tip-to-Ground of 1 volt. Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009 shows cable pair 1125 provides service to 846-8940 (POTS) at 4724 Woodthrush Ct. On 10/17/2011, AT&T showed because of a complaint of no dial tone. On 10/19/2011, AT&T again showed up due to complaints of static.

1126. MLT document dated August 31, 2001, shows it was "PORTED-OUT." Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009 shows cable pair 1126 is designated to 4798 Woodthrush Ave, but does not provide service to this address.

1127. Not on MLT document dated August 31, 2001. Not on the Log of Defective Cable Pairs. Was probably a spare. Now provides service to 484-1430 (POTS) at 4793 Woodthrush Ct. The MLT document dated August 31, 2001 shows that cable pair 1107 previously provided service to phone number 484-1430, but that cable pair is now defective.

1128. Now Defective. MLT document dated August 31, 2001 showed it provided residential service and tested OK.

1129. MLT document dated August 31, 2001 showed it was "PORTED-OUT. Probably provided service to 4788 Woodthrush Ct. The residents at this address had problems with Pacific Bell, and switched to Comcast, which had better service (Declaration presented during Formal Complaint). Cable pair 1129 lost service in July 2007, probably as a result of cover-up to fix problems on my business fax line. Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009 shows cable pair 1129 provides service to 462-1939 (ADSL) at 4788 woodthrush Ct. This address again lost phone service in April 2009.

1130. MLT document dated August 31, 2001 showed it had a trouble code 46. Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009 shows cable pair 1130 provides service to 484-2573 (ADSL) at 4777 Woodthrush Ct. AT&T technician at 4777 Woodthrush Ct on 06/16/2010-- appeared to be switching cable pairs.

1131. Defective and a smoking gun. On the Log of Defective Cable Pairs with a defect type of OPN, on December 31, 1996 at 4755 Woodthrush Ct (this service box is in front of my house). This is the same day and same location that cable pair 1118 was installed at my premises (and which AT&T denied when it claimed cable pair 1118 never provided service to me). The technician had found cable pair 1131 to be defective -- the log of defective cable pairs confirms this. When she used cable pair 1118 to my premises, she told me, "I hope this isn't for a modem, this is the best pair I can find."

1132. Defective, and still listed as a spare for my address. This cable pair is a smoking gunwhich shows that cable pair 1132 was on the Log of Defective Cable Pairs with a defect type of OTP on January 3, 1996, at 4777 woodthrush Ct. MLT document dated August 31, 2001 shows it provided service to 846-7041 (at 4713 Woodthrush Ct). Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009 shows it was found to be defective, as 846-7041 now recieves service from cable pair 1113. After being found defective at 4713 Woodthrush Ct, cable pair 1132 was not placed on the log of defective cable pairs. Justin Godsey document shows it is now assigned to 4727 Woodthrush Ct, which currently receives phone servicefrom Comcast. It should also be noted that cable previously providing service to 4727 Woodthrush Ct was found to be defective on _____. There should be a work order for this. It should be noted that phone company Attorney, Stephanie Krapf, told the CPUC that cable pair never provided service to my premises, but the Justin Godsey document shows 1132 as a spare pair for my address.

On July 28, 2005, the residents at 4727 Woodthrush Ct, had lost phone service, and reported it to AT&T. On July 29, 2005, a cable splicing technician switched cable pairs. He stated the cable is so old, that he could not identify cable pairs because he could not see the difference between brown and red. The cable splicing technician would not allow me to look at the trouble ticket, but the Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009 provides evidence the technician used cable pair 1132.

The Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009 shows that cable pair 1132 is designated as the only cable pair for 4727 Woodthrush Court. In 2012, my neighbor at 4727 Woodthrush Court decided to quit Comcast (due to the high cost), and he switched to AT&T.

Because of the problems with cable pair 1132, I expected there to be problem. Sure enough, it took at least two days and three different technicians to provide service to my next door neighbor.

Photo of AT&T truck taken from inside my house in 2013.

Phone service box in front of 4727 Woodthrush Court. The service box had to be broken open to get access to the cable pairs. Clearly, cable pair 1132 was still defective.

The following day, AT&T was still working on getting service to 2727 Woodthrush Court, and the work went on into the evening.

My neighbor talking to the AT&T technician. Two days to get the phone line to work?

1133. Probably defective. MLT document dated August 31, 2001 shows it provided service to 931-0616. I believe this provided service to 4752 Woodthrush Ct. Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009 shows it to be a spare pair for 4752 Woodthrush Ct. On January 14,2010, an AT&T technician was attempting restoring service to this address because cable pair 1137 failed. The technician was unable to restore service, and a cable splicing technician attempted to restore service over the next two days, so cable pair 1133 is probably defective.

1134. MLT document dated August 31, 2001 shows it provided service to my phone number 485-0461 which was PORTED-OUT. Cable pair 1134 is presently listed as a spare for my address.

1135. Defective. On the Log of Defective Cable Pairs with a defect type of CBY at 4490 Mohr Ave, on June 3, 1992. Not listed on Justin Godsey Document dated March 16, 2009, confirming it is still defective.

1136. MLT document dated August 31, 2001 shows it was PORTED-OUT. Probably provided service to 4766 Woodthrush Ct. Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009 shows this cable pair provides service to 4766 Woodthrush Ct.

1137. MLT document dated August 31, 2001 shows it Tested-OK, and probably provided service to 4752 Woodthrush Ct. Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009 shows this cable pair provides service to 417-6674 at 4752 Woodthrush Ct. On January 14, 2010, AT&T service technician (not a cable splicer) was using the service box in front of my house, attempting to restore service to this phone line at 4752 Woodthrush Ct. Apparently, there are no spare pairs to 4752 Woodthrush Ct (even though the Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009, shows cable pair 1133 to be a spare pair for 4752 Woodthrush Ct). The following day (January 15, 2010), a cable splicing technician was attempting to restore service to 4752 Woodthrush Ct, and was having difficulties finding a good cable pair. Due to a lack of equipment on the service vehicle he was using, he told me he wouldn't be able to fix the problem until January 16, 2010, when he could get another vehicle. On 11/02/2011, AT&T was at the premises, probably due to some complaint.

1138. Now defective. This cable pair is not listed on the Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009 . MLT document dated August 31, 2001 shows it was PORTED-OUT. There should be a work-order showing when it was found to be defective

1139. Defective. On the Log of Defective Cable Pairs with a defect type of OTP at 4777 Woodthrush Ct, on June 3, 1992. Not listed on Justin Godsey Document dated March 16, 2009, confirming it is still defective.

1140. Defective. On the Log of Defective Cable Pairs with a defect type of CBY at 4490 Mohr Ave, on June 3, 1992. Not listed on Justin Godsey Document dated March 16, 2009, confirming it is still defective.

1141. This cable pair is a smoking gun. MLT document dated August 31, 2001 shows it provided service to my business phone number 462-3619, and it had multiple defects (Trouble Code 98: Two act of Perjury, two acts of Obstruction of Justice, and Eleven Years of Defective phone lines). The cable pair had the same trouble code years earlier, and it was never repaired. I recently learned thatAT&T altered a document dated March 2, 1998 to conceal the trouble code, which is obstruction of justice. The Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009 shows this cable pair is listed as a spare for my address.

1142. Defective. On the Log of Defective Cable Pairs with a defect type of SHT at 4490 Mohr Ave, on June 3, 1992. Not listed on Justin Godsey Document dated March 16, 2009, confirming it is still defective.

1143. Defective. On the Log of Defective Cable Pairs with a defect type of ORG at 4490 Mohr Ave, on June 3, 1992. Not listed on Justin Godsey Document dated March 16, 2009, confirming it is still defective.

1144. Defective. On the Log of Defective Cable Pairs with a defect type of ORG at 4777 Woodthrush Ct, on July 22, 1995. Not listed on Justin Godsey Document dated March 16, 2009, confirming it is still defective.

1145. Now Defective. Not shown on the MLT document dated August 31, 2001 and not listed on the Log of Defective Cable Pairs in 2001, and not listed on the Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009. Logically, there should be a work order showing when it was found to be defective.

1146. MLT document dated August 31, 2001 shows it was PORTED-OUT. Probably provided service to 4788 Woodthrush Ct. Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009 shows it to be a spare pair for 4788 Woodthrush Ct.

1147. Defective. On the Log of Defective Cable Pairs with a defect type of CBY at 4741 Woodthrush Ct(my address), on June 3, 1992. Not listed on Justin Godsey Document dated March 16, 2009, confirming it is still defective.

1148. Now Defective. MLT document dated August 31, 2001 shows it tested OK. Probably provided service to 462-6097 at 4793 Woodthrush Ct. Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009 shows cable pair 1117 now provides service to 462-6097 at 4793 Woodthrush Ct. Logically, there should be a work order showing when it was found to be defective.

1149. MLT document dated August 31, 2001 shows it was PORTED-OUT. Probably provided service to 4716 Woodthrush Ct. Justin Godsey document dated March 16, 2009 shows it is assigned to 4716 Woodthrush Ct.

1150. Defective. On the Log of Defective Cable Pairs with a defect type of CBY at 4490 Mohr Ave, on June 3, 1992. Not listed on Justin Godsey Document dated March 16, 2009, confirming it is still defective.
