I receive the letter below after talking to AT&T Attorney, Stephanie Krapf, regarding the service outages, which AT&T claims to have no records of.
The same pattern of behavior that occurred in 1997 has continued through 2009 -- repair records are altered to conceal recurring problems, and AT&T imposed Rule 11 upon me for asking questions about the altered repair records.
In 1997, when AT&T imposed Rule 11 upon me, I had no way to prove that AT&T had been altering records. The photographs at the bottom of this page prove AT&T has had recurring problems on my business phone lines.
Notice the letter below has no signature. A pattern of behavior from the AT&T legal department.
